eTranscript Request

Brownsville ISD has partnered with Parchment, a leader in eTranscript exchange, to send high school transcripts electronically, securely and confidentially, to colleges and universities of your choice! The service is available online, 24 hours a day and seven days a week.

Students and alumni simply request a transcript and designate the academic institution, organization or individual that they would like to receive it. Users will be notified when their request is complete and can also track the status of their request or view a saved copy of their transcript. Alumni will pay a fee per transcript.  Additional fees may be applied depending on how the student wants to have the transcript delivered.

Students and alumni may request a transcript (at no cost) by visiting our office located at 4330 Morrison Road, Brownsville, TX 78521.  Our lobby is open from 9:00am to 11:45am and 1:15pm to 4:00pm, from Monday to Friday.  

3rd Party "Enrollment Verification Requests" are made via Parchment by selecting the school link below.
