STUDENT TRANSCRIPTS/RECORDS REQUEST PROCEDURES
Former students, age 18 years of age or older, must submit a Student Records Request before confidential information may be released regarding that student's records. A copy of the student's drivers license or id is also required. The former student's parent or legal guardian may sign for the student if the student or former student is under age 18.
All requests must be treated on a first-come, first-serve basis. All requests will be processed within a reasonable time, not to exceed 45 days.
NOTE: If you attended or graduated within the last five (5) years, you must contact the high school you graduated or last attended. All former student transcripts are retained at their respective campus for five (5) years after graduation or withdrawal and then sent to the Records Management Office. Our office currently has records up to 2016. Records from 2017 to present can be located at the last campus the student attended.
REQUESTS IN PERSON
Individuals requesting records in person must complete the “Records Request Form” and include a copy of your driver's license or id. Requests are processed on a first come first served basis.
Hours: Monday to Friday from 9:00-11:45am and 1:15pm-4:00pm.
IF FORMER STUDENT IS UNABLE TO PICK UP RECORDS
If the former student is unable to pick up his/her records he/she may “designate” another individual to pick up his/her records. Former student needs to designate person on the pdf form.
