How to download the Mobile App


 

5 STEPS

1. The first step is to log into the Professional Learning System at www.https://brownsville.pl.powerschool.com/ Once inside the system Click on: Courses

2. Scroll down and click Show All or type in the title on the search button.

3. Find the course and Click Register

4. Confirm your course and Click Next

5. That's it. You're done.

1. The first step is to open PowerSchool and click Header: External Credit Request

3. Scroll down and click General (Out of District)

4. Type Course/Event Title

5. Click Course #

6. Type Provider Name

7. Type Start Date

8. Type End Date

9. Type Number of CPE Hours

10. Click CPE credit

11. Scroll down and click Attach File

12. Scroll down and click Submit for Credit Approval

13. Click Submit. That's it your done!

1. The first step is to open PowerSchool and click Administration

17 STEPS

1. The first step is to open PowerSchool and click Courses I Am Teaching

2. You will notice that you have 3 tabs: Outstanding Status, Attendance Not Recorded, and Missing Survey. Click on "Attendance Not Recorded"

3. Scroll down and look for all sections under Attendance Not Recorded.

4. Select the section and click on Manage Attendance. This will take you to all members who were registered for the section.

5. Click the dropdown and choose whether the participant attended or was absent. You must make a selection.

6. Once you have marked them attended or absent you Click Back.

7. Now click on Administration

8. Click on course administration

9. Type your Section # in which you need to update your roster.

10. Click Search

11. Click on your section title.

12. Scroll down and click View Roster

13. You will notice that attendance has a 1/1.

14. Click on Auto Complete Based on Attendance.

15. Click on dropdown and select 1.

16. Click Update

17. You will notice it has been updated to Complete - Pending Survey. That's it your done!

1. The first step is to open Professional Learning System and click Transcript

2. Scroll to Section End Date from and Type in 06/01/ current year

3. Scroll to Section End Date To: and Type in current date.

4. Click Search

5. Click Print to confirm your records. Please review your professional development for the school year, starting from 06/01 until the current date. That's it your done!

2. The Course Search channel allows you to search by keyword, title, or description.

3. For a complete list of available courses, click on show all.

4. You can also search by tags to find courses by the audience, subject, or department.
