PLS System Instructions

13 STEPS

1. The first step is to open PowerSchool and click Header: External Credit Request

2. Click New Request

3. Scroll down and click General (Out of District)

4. Type Course/Event Title

5. Click Course #

6. Type Provider Name

7. Type Start Date

8. Type End Date

9. Type Number of CPE Hours

10. Click CPE credit

11. Scroll down and click Attach File

12. Scroll down and click Submit for Credit Approval

13. Click Submit. That's it your done!

13 STEPS

1. The first step is to open PowerSchool and click :Administration

2. Click Reporting

3. Click Create Report

4. Click Course Management

5. Select Course Management

6. Click Course Administrators

7. Select User Transcript

8. Click Next

9. Select which roster status you want

10. Select date range

11. Choose Credit Types:

12. Click Next

13. Click Done. Your report will appear. That's it your done

2. Click Ad-Hoc Reporting

3. Scroll and find Transcript

4. Click highlight

5. Scroll down and click highlight

6. Type: section number

7. Click Run

8. Click Refresh

9. Click highlight. That's it you're done!
