1. The first step is to open Professional Development and click Login

2. Type in email and password Click Log In

4. Click Create Workshop

5. Click Title and enter workshop title.

6. Under Description type your description

7. Under Special Instruction type in information such as bring your own device or if session will be in remote location provide the link.

8. Click Audience

9. Type Audience

10. Click Minimum Participants

11. Click Maximum Participants type in number of participants.

12. Click Registration Deadline Date

13. Type CPE Hours

14. Scroll down and click Available Credit Types and select credit type.

15. Click >

16. Scroll down and click Filter subject name select your subject.

17. Click >

18. Scroll down and click Choose Documents to Upload. Make sure all agendas are uploaded into this field.

19. Click Create Workshop

20. Click Close

21. Scroll down and click Your School

22. Scroll down and click Update Workshop Info

23. Click Contact Info

24. Click Filter Staff by Name or Email

25. Scroll down and select your name

26. Click Add Presenter

27. Click Add Contact

28. Scroll down and click Update Contact Info

29. Click Reservations

30. Scroll and click Add Internal Room/Location

31. Click BeginDate

32. Select the date of workshop

33. Select BeginTime

34. Select time

35. Select EndTime

36. Select Meeting Rooms to Search

37. Select your campus

38. Select a room

39. Scroll down and click Search

40. Click Select All

41. Click Add Selected

42. Click Submit

43. Your reservation will be added under Location(s)

44. Click Activate Approval Path

45. Click Begin Approval

46. Click the approver name

47. Click Begin Approval

48. Click Approval Path

49. Click Approve

50. Under Status is will show OPEN

5. Type Training Name and Location

7. Type Start Date

8. Click End Date

9. Type Title of Certificate

10. Type # of  CPE Hours

11. Choose the Credit Type highlight

12. Under Credit Type Scroll down and click the credit type. Always include CPE

13. Select CPE

14. Click >

15. For additional credit type choose one from the options Technology

16. Select Technology

Step 16 image

17. Click >

Step 17 image

18. Scroll down and choose the subject type click Technology

19. Select Technology

20. Click >

21. Scroll down to Upload Certification and Choose File

22. You are now on signature tab, Click Enter your password

23. Scroll down and click Upload Certification . That's it your done!
