If you are having trouble with the Phone App, please do the following below.

Some phone carriers may have had updates this past weekend, so you need to clear the mobile app cache

iPhone: Tap on the Settings icon and then choose General. Tap on the section iPhone Storage. Shortly, all apps and their storage usage will be listed. Choose the app for which you wish to clear the cache.

Android: Here's how to clear your app cache on Android:
1.    Open Settings on your Android device and tap Battery and device care.
2.    Tap Memory followed by Apps not used recently.
3.    Select an app from the list. ...
4.    After tapping a particular app, select Storage within App info.
5.    Tap Clear cache at the bottom of the screen.

The Employee/Substitute will need to power off and back on their cell phone
