Reminders: Upload Transcripts and Proof of Graduation

Take advantage of our transcript upload process! If your student-athletes have Eligibility Center accounts you can directly upload their transcripts by logging in to the High School Portal. Direct uploads are quick, free and accessible in a student-athlete's account within minutes. Click here to learn more about directly uploading transcripts.

If you had any student-athletes graduate mid-year, ensure that you have submitted a final official transcript with proof of graduation into their EC accounts. This can also be done in the High School Portal and is needed for them to play once they reach their college campus.

Update Your School’s Core-Course List

Core Course Counselors
The new year is a great time to review your school's core-course list and make sure it is up to date for the 2020-21 school year. A list that has not been updated recently could delay your graduating seniors' academic certifications or prevent them from meeting the academic requirements. You may add courses, archive those no longer taught and change titles quickly and easily on the High School Portal. For more information on updating your course list, click here.
Tip
If you believe your list is accurate, please log in to the High School Portal to verify you have no updates. This will refresh your account in our system and let our team know your core course list is correct.

High School Survey Coming Soon

Each year, the Eligibility Center reaches out to the high school community via an annual survey. This survey provides input on how well the EC is meeting your needs and areas where we can continue to grow. Watch for the survey link in the February issue of this newsletter.

Reminder: Football Signing Day

Divisions I and II football will begin regular NLI signing periods on Wednesday, February 3. These signing periods end on August 1. Be sure to tag the Eligibility Center on your student-athletes' TwitterInstagram and Facebook signing posts!
