Voluntary Products / Benefits

All voluntary / optional products are offered to the district's full-time employees.  It is the discretion of the employees whether or not they choose to purchase said benefit(s).  Employees directly contracts an individual policy of the desired product / service with the different carriers and is responsible for completing the carriers’ required forms. 

There is no legal agreement or contract between the district and the carriers.  The sole responsibility of the district is to provide the appropriate payroll deduction.

Employees should contact the benefit plan providers directly should they have any questions and / or concerns.
