 Welcome to Stillman Middle School Health Services website. 

Stillman Middle School health services works in conjunction with parents, faculty, staff, and physicians to provide our students with optimal health care. We are here to attend to your child’s health needs and promote his/her academic success at Stillman Middle School.

Health services provided are:

-Hearing and vision tests

-Scoliosis screenings

-Dental exams

-Height and weight measurements

-Pediculosis (lice) checks

-Blood pressure checks

-First aid

- Medication administration (NOTE: The school does not provide the medication. Medication must be provided by parent, and/or physician. A medication administration form must be signed by parent. If prescribed medication is to remain in school, a medication administration form must be signed by parent and physician.)

- Immunization check

- Information for community resources and clinics.

It is extremely important the school nurse have all medical and health information for your child. For example if your child has asthma, cardiac problems, etc. Please feel welcome to contact the school nurse at any time if you need assistance.
