Stallion of the Week

Mayte Gonzalez

Team 6-1

Mayte Gonzalez was nominated for Stallion of the Week by her teachers because of her academic excellence, diligence in all she does, and her high regard for others.

Mayte’s goal is to be on the ‘A’ Honor Roll this year. Her hobbies are sports such as basketball, volleyball, and softball. Mayte also enjoys baking cakes.

Mayte likes Perkins because the teachers help you to better understand the class work.

Estefani Fuentes

Team 6-1

Estefani Fuentes was nominated by her teachers for Stallion of the Week because they can always count on her excellent behavior.

Estefani’s goal for this year is to pass the 6^th grade TAKS! Shopping and playing are her hobbies. Her favorite things to do include math, playing, and going to new places.

Estefani says she loves all of her teachers here at Perkins.
