Mission Statement

The Mission of Solomon P. Ortiz Elementary School is to produce responsible, productive citizens in a democratic society who:

  • demonstrate mathematics, language and social skills to succeed independently in middle school and high school with a pursue of post-secondary education and/or career

  • exhibit problem solving and thinking skills in a changing, technological society.
