Mission Statement
The Mission of Solomon P. Ortiz Elementary
School is to produce responsible, productive citizens in a
democratic society who: demonstrate mathematics, language
and social skills to succeed independently in middle school
and high school with a pursue of post-secondary education
and/or career exhibit problem solving and thinking skills in
a changing, technological society. by maximizing effective
teaching practices from qualified, committed teachers and
staff providing an enriched and safe environment for all
students integrating the support of the parents and the
school community to meet the needs of all students.
