Raul Ruiz and Jose Aguero, members of the Porter Boys Cross Country Team, competed at the 2009 Foot Locker Cross Country Championships South Regional held in Charlotte, North Carolina on November 28, 2009. A total of 1,852 runners from 14 states, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands competed. Raul placed 36th and Jose finished 85th in the Junior Division 5K Race.
