at least 48 hours prior to the event.
Any requests that are submitted late
will require approval from the Area Assistant Superintendent, Chief of Police
and final approval by the Superintendent of Schools. Every effort will be
made to provide the requested coverage for the event, but in case of
late
submission, the request may be denied.
