AWARDED QUOTES AND SPECIFICATIONS

The following tabs listed on the left are linked to help the district and vendors obtain information regarding BISD Purchasing quotes.

The Purchasing Department has implemented a Quarterly Quote Calendar beginning February of 2005, for all established annual quotes and proposals.  The fiscal year quarters will be for the months of November, February, May, and August of each calendar year. 

We will make this calendar available on our web site at the beginning of each quarter and will be updated, as necessary throughout the fiscal year.  We invite our vendors to visit this new site to keep up to date on our District’s annual quotes.
