AWARDED PROCUREMENT AND SPECIFICATIONS

The Purchasing Department has implemented a Quarterly Procurement Calendar beginning February of 2005, for all established annual bids and proposals.  The fiscal year quarters will be for the months of November, February, May, and August of each calendar year. 

We will make this calendar available on our web site at the beginning of each quarter and will be updated, as necessary throughout the fiscal year.  We invite our vendors to visit this new site to keep up to date on our District’s annual procurement offers.
