The Veterans Memorial High School Criminal Justice Team placed 2nd in the National SkillsUSA competition held this summer in Kansas City, Missouri. The team earned the silver medal in the Criminal Justice Career Pathway Showcase in the Human Services Cluster for a project designed to raise community awareness about the harmful effects of cigarette butt pollution.
